Lindsay Lohan Charged In Alleged Necklace Theft

Lindsay Lohan has been charged with felony grand theft, a rep for the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office confirmed to Access Hollywood.

The 24-year-old will face the charge for allegedly stealing a necklace worth $2,500 from a Venice, Calif., jewelry store.

The actress will be arraigned today at 1:30 PM in the Los Angeles International Airport Superior Court.

Ashlee-Simpson Wentz Files For Divorce

Ashlee Simpson-Wentz has filed for divorce from husband Pete Wentz.

Ashlee filed the papers in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday, citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split from her rocker beau.

The couple began dating in 2006 and wed in May 2008.
