During an interview on Friday with Jackie Brown of 92.9ZZU radio in Spokane, Wash., the creator and judge explained that Mariah Carey will be involved with his upcoming FOX reality competition, but not as a judge.

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller headed to court on Tuesday, April 19, 2011 and Access Hollywood was on the scene with all of the updates from the courthouse.

The estranged couple is fighting for custody of their 2-year-old twin sons, Max and Bob. According to TMZ, Denise Richards has offered to temporarily care for the twins while Sheen continues his "My Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat is Not an Option" tour and while Mueller reportedly seeks treatment in rehab. Mueller's mom, Moira Fiore, has been recently caring for the couple's twins.

Demi Lovato no longer sees her Disney show, "Sonny With A Chance," in her forecast.

The teen star, who recently completed a stint in rehab for "emotional and physical issues," will not return to her hit TV series, a rep for the Disney Channel confirmed to Access Hollywood.

Nick Cassavetes Drops Out Of Directing ‘Gotti’ Film

Nick Cassavetes has dropped out of directing a planned biopic of John Gotti.

Executive producer Marc Fiore said Tuesday that Cassavetes had to withdraw due to a scheduling conflict. "Gotti: Three Generations" is scheduled to begin production in the fall.
