Estella Warren Booked For Suspicion Of DUI; Allegedly Assaulted Police Office

Estella Warren, who a decade ago seemed destined for stardom, is in LAPD custody and won't be released until someone posts a $100,000 bail bond.

Warren, a model-turned-actress (whose breakout role was in the 2001 "Planet of the Apes" remake with Mark Wahlberg), was taken into custody just after midnight on Tuesday in the 600 block of North Harper, where she was stopped for suspicion of DUI.

Scotty McCreery and Lauren Alaina are each hoping for an "American Idol" homerun.

McCreery, the 17-year-old baseball-playing high school student of Garner, N.C., will face off against Lauren Alaina, the 16-year-old cheerleading high school student of Rossville, Ga., on the Fox talent competition's finale beginning Tuesday evening at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles.

The teenage matchup marks the youngest in "Idol" history.
