He?s experienced a ton of success as of late, but today Charlie Sheen was sent away from the courtroom empty-handed.
The former ?Two and a Half Men? star was at a Los Angeles courthouse to make a try at getting full custody of his twin sons Max and Bob from their mother, Sheen?s soon-to-be-ex-wife Brooke Mueller.
And though it seemed that Charlie stood a good chance at winning, it turns out the judge would still rather have the boys stay with Mama Mueller, despite the fact that she just got done binging on crack cocaine and checked herself into rehab.
According to eyewitnesses, Brooke appeared ?unsteady on her feet? and ?glassy-eyed? at the court date. Upon hearing the verdict, she simply said, ?No comment.?
While Mueller finishes her stint in rehab, her mother will be taking care of the boys. Meanwhile, Charlie is hopping a private plane back to the East Coast where he?ll perform in Washington DC tonight.
