It?s one of the most anticipated new shows of the upcoming fall season, and the stars of ?X Factor? were in the house for the FOX Upfronts last night (May 16) in New York City.
Media mogul Simon Cowell chilled out with his ?American Idol? colleague Paula Abdul at Wollman Rink in Central Park.
Also in attendance were Nicole Scherzinger, Steve Jones, LA Reid, and Cheryl Cole, all of whom will play a big role in the sure-to-be-hit series.
Speaking of Steve Jones and Cheryl Cole, it seems there may be some romance in the air between the charming co-hosts.
According to a report, Cole has ?fallen hard? for Steve. "They had cosy dinners together when they were in L.A. filming the auditions. They've both had jet lag, so they've been calling each other when they can't sleep late at night.?
"Steve's a cheeky chappie and everyone's noticed the smile on Cheryl's face and the sparkle in her eyes when he's making her laugh. She's smitten - and so is he."
